  • ¾ cup cold water

  2. Make the Filling
    In a large saucepan, whisk Clear Jel and sugar together. Stir in water and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble.
  3. Add the Blueberries
    Gently fold in the blueberries and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through. Don’t overcook—you want whole berries, not mush.
  4. Fill Your Jars
    Ladle the hot filling into jars, leaving 1 inch headspace. Remove air bubbles, wipe rims, and place lids and rings (finger-tight).
  5. Water Bath Process
    Process pints or quarts in a boiling water canner for 30 minutes (adjust for altitude if needed).
  6. Cool and Store
    Let jars rest undisturbed for 12–24 hours. Check seals, label, and store in a cool, dark place.
