Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1–2 jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: hot sauce or a squeeze of lime for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. Make the filling:
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in shredded chicken, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Assemble the wraps:
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly across each tortilla. Roll tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides as you go.
  3. Grill (optional but tasty!):
Place wraps seam-side down on a hot skillet or panini press for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
  4. Slice and serve:
Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve warm. They’re great with a side of ranch, chipotle mayo, or your favorite dipping sauce.
