Light, refreshing, Spinach & Chia Seed Morning Smoothie full of fiber, this smoothie supports digestion, boosts energy, and keeps you full until your next meal.

Ingredients:

Spinach & Chia Seed Morning Smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (washed)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 small banana (for creaminess & natural sweetness)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango (adds a tropical twist + vitamin C)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup water or more milk if you want it creamier
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon (for a bright, refreshing touch)
  • A few ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Add the almond milk, water, and spinach to the blender first. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add banana, frozen fruit, chia seeds, lemon juice, and sweetener if using.
  3. Blend again until creamy and well combined. Add more liquid if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
